Required skills

• 8+ years of experience in a technical leadership role

• Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects and leading cross-functional teams

• Fluency in multiple programming paradigms and the ability to pivot between stacks (e.g., Python, Go, Java) as needed. 

• In-depth knowledge of the Cloud Native technology stack

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and team members

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions
